Four Eyes reduction block print. This print is based off of a 1950s print ad for a GE oven.
A reduction block print is a multi-colored print made by carving and printing the same block of linoleum multiple times - the block is "reduced" after each color is printed.
With reduction printing, one cannot make more prints later as the sole block is all but destroyed by the end of the process.
